Annual free concert on Independence Mall starts at 8:30 p.m. � presented by Independence National Historical Park, Visitor Center Corporation, and Historic Philadelphia Incorporated as part of the 2007 Sunoco Welcome America! Festival

WHAT: �POPS on Independence� � Peter Nero and the Philly Pops� annual concert celebrating America�s birthday � is a free performance of great American music. Set against the majestic backdrop of Independence Hall, the concert celebrates the birth of our nation. Peter and the Pops will be joined by The Voices of The POPS and the winner of the 2007 Lights of Liberty Teen Idol Search to perform �God Bless America.�
