Thank You to Our Funders!
It is with much gratitude that Encore Series, Inc., the presenter of The Philly POPS, acknowledges the following funders who, through their generous support, enable The POPS to present outstanding concert series and educational programs.
For more information on corporate sponsorship, please contact Karen Corbin, Vice President, at 215.875.9667 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
THE PHILLY POPS ARE EITC APPROVED!
The Philly POPS has recently been accorded EITC status. What does this mean to you? If you work for, or have a company that does business in PA, you are eligible to apply for tax credits for the support you provide for the POPS educational activities. Follow the link to the Commonwealth’s website to see if your company qualifies for the EITC program. The most beneficial is to apply for a 2-year commitment, as this type of commitment likely qualifies for a 90% tax credit to your business. Details of the guidelines for applying and the link to the online application can be found here.
The Philly POPS is a recognized and authorized participant in the EITC-EIO programs. As an Educational Improvement Organization (EIO), we are able to utilize these funds to support and further the work of POPS in Schools’ in-school and after school educational activities. The POPS is active in the School District of Philadelphia, the presenting sponsor of All City Jazz and with programs for high schools and for elementary schools.
Please speak with Karen Corbin, Vice President, or Jason Ward, Senior Manager of Engagement, on the details of how you can support these initiatives with your tax dollars.
