How to find the Kimmel Center

The Kimmel Center is located on the southwest corner of Broad and Spruce Streets in Center City Philadelphia.

From points NORTH:
Take either I-76 or I-95 to I-676 west (Vine Street Expressway) and exit at Broad Street (Central Philadelphia). Follow Broad Street around City Hall, continuing south.

From points SOUTH:
Take I-95 North to Exit 17 (formerly exit 14), Broad Street. Continue north on Broad for approximately three miles.

From points EAST:
Take I-676 (the Vine Street Expressway) and exit at Broad Street (Central Philadelphia) Follow Broad Street around City Hall, continuing south.

From points WEST:
Take I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) and exit at Broad Street (Central Philadelphia). Follow Broad Street around City Hall, continuing south.

From the Ben Franklin Bridge:
Take first exit on 8th Street to Spruce Street. Turn right on Spruce Street and continue west to Broad Street.

From the Walt Whitman Bridge:
Take the Broad Street exit. Follow north approximately three miles.

Reading your ticket is easy when you follow these helpful tips! You can always ask one of the ushers (wearing red jackets) if you have a question about your ticket.

  1. PATRON ID: Your Patron ID is your unique account number and helps us identify you easily. Cite this number when speaking with ticket representative from Ticket Philadelphia or the Box Office about your tickets. Your patron ID appears on all of your tickets.
  2. DOOR CLOSEST TO YOUR SEAT: Facing Verizon Hall with your back to the Perelman Theater, the letters run alphabetically, right to left.
  3. SECTION: Your section, which will indicate on which level you are seated. Section Abbreviations
    Ground Level: Orchestra Orchestra Box (Orch Box) Orchestra Tier (Orch Tier) (T1)
    One Level Up: First Tier First Tier Box Conductor's Circle (Cond Circle) Second Tier Box Second Tier Rows A-D (T2)
    Two Levels Up: Second Tier Rows E-H Third Tier Box Third Tier Rows A-H (T3)
    Three Levels Up: Third Tier Rows J-K
  4. ROW LETTER/BOX NUMBER: This will be the letter of your row or the number of your box.
  5. SEAT NUMBER: Your seat number within the row or box.
  6. RETURN CODE: Cite this number if you need to return your tickets.
